Small-batch pancake mix, seasonal fridge and pantry staples made with organic ingredients. Our take home deli provisions are prepared fresh daily and available for local pickup and delivery. From house-made trays of lasagna to fresh baked cobblers and loaded harvest salads, everything is scratch made in small batches.

Our Story
Rooted in Slow Food & Local Farms
We are chefs Carli & Raya, located in the heart of San Diego. As health conscious chefs, our journey with food continues to motivate us to work with organic, high quality products that support local farmers and ranchers. Over our 15+ year careers, weβve had the opportunity to travel and cook across the world, living in Thailand, Portugal and Mexico while training in Italy, Croatia, Spain, Denmark, and throughout the United States. Each place gifting us unique skills and new perspectives of the culinary world. Professionally, we have held positions in multiple Southern California restaurants as executive chef and pastry chef, respectively. Our restaurant work has earned recognitions from the Michelin Bib Gourmand as well as LA Times Top 100 Restaurants List. International experiences have included tenures at Michelin Star restaurants in Copenhagen and Lisbon.
In 2020, we opened The Tiny Deli on a six acre homestead in Dripping Springs, Texas- a small rural town on the outskirts of Austin. Coming home to California in 2025 has allowed us to build our dream business, providing small batch products, fresh milled flours and organic catering to our local community. With intention and gratitude, we look forward to bringing our global farm to table spread to your next event.
